Karin and Bernhard, the senior proprietors, have shaped Fürberg into what it is today. Meanwhile, daughter Birgit firmly holds the reins – yet Karin and Bernhard are still present at the house every day. Karin, as the kitchen master, is the creator behind the wonderfully authentic dishes served in the Fuerberg kitchen.
