Booking conditions for conferences at the lake

Extended seminar rent: If the conference starts before 13.00 or ends after 12.00, we charge one more person. The seminar-all-inclusive for external participants is always booked and cleared from the organizer. No direct clearance with the participants of the workshop. That’s also to be valid for an extended rent of seminar rooms. The abovementioned prices are fixed prices and are valid per person and day including all taxes and charges. Impedance matching is not possible. All rooms as well as the dining halls are non-smoker's rooms.
